Robust Design - S355JR Steel & High-Precision Tables

Solid-Arch Design with Precision-Machined Steel Tables: The R/NC Series presses are crafted from electro-welded S355JR steel, stabilized and machined to ensure parallelism and accuracy. Designed with finite element software, these presses consistently meet high-quality standards. The upper and lower tables, made from C45E steel with DIN-650 grooves, maintain perfect parallelism with the aid of four cylindrical side guides and maintenance-free bimetallic antifriction bushings.

Cylinder and Hydraulic Group

Efficient Hydraulic System for High Performance: The double-acting cylinder features a honed tube, chrome-plated piston, and wear-resistant guides for long-lasting reliability. The motorized hydraulic group operates at two speeds with an automatic disconnection system for fast-speed operations. A cylinder decompression valve enhances safety and control.

User-Friendly Electric Installation and Safety Measures

Advanced Safety and Programming Features: Equipped with a SIEMENS safety PLC (SIMATIC S7 1200) and a 4-inch MTP-400 touchscreen, the R/NC Series allows for programmable operation modes, power settings, and dwell times. With the capacity to store 99 recipes, these presses are highly customizable for various tasks. Safety features include Type 4 PLe photoelectric barriers, fixed side protections, and LED-lit polycarbonate windows. The press meets all CE safety standards and comes with an instruction manual.
