Robust Design - S355JR Steel & High-Precision Tables

The M/NC Series hydraulic presses feature a durable electro-welded frame made from S355JR steel. Post-welding stabilization ensures unparalleled precision and parallelism, calculated using advanced finite element software. Equipped with upper and lower tables crafted from C45E steel with DIN-650 grooves, the press guarantees minimal friction and maximum durability. Four chrome-plated cylindrical columns and maintenance-free bushings further enhance performance and stability.

Advanced Safety Systems - Programmable Control Options

Safety and ease of operation are integral to the M/NC Series, featuring a SIEMENS safety PLC (SIMATIC S7 1200) and a 4-inch MTP-400 touchscreen. These allow for easy programming of operating modes, power settings, stroke, and dwell time. The system supports up to 99 programmable recipes, enhancing customization for varied applications. Additional safety measures include photoelectric barriers, redundant controls, and compliance with CE standards, making these presses both safe and user-friendly.

 

User-Friendly Electric Installation and Safety Measures

Incorporating a SIEMENS safety PLC model SIMATIC S7 1200 and a 4″ touchscreen, the CM/NC series allows for easy programming of operating modes, power, stroke, and dwell time. With a storage capacity of 99 recipes, users can customize settings for diverse applications. Safety features include type 4 PLe safety light curtains and accessible side protections with polycarbonate windows, ensuring operator safety
