Each press is equipped with C45E steel upper and lower tables featuring DIN 650 slots, supported by 50 mm cylindrical lateral guides and maintenance-free bimetallic bushings, ensuring reliable performance with minimal friction.
Durable Hydraulic Systems for Consistent Performance: A double-acting cylinder made from seamless cold-drawn tubing and paired with a chrome-plated piston ensures wear-resistant operation. The motorized hydraulic unit operates with dual speeds, including an automatic fast-speed disconnection system, while a decompression valve enhances safety and reliability.
The system comes equipped with a pivoting control panel featuring an NC Siemens MTP-700 touchscreen. This interface allows users to program settings such as power, cylinder stroke, and operating speeds. It includes storage for up to 300 working cycle configurations.
