Our PE/PE-4 series C-Type Mechanical Presses are engineered for precision and versatility across a wide range of applications. These presses are ideal for die-cutting, stamping, cutting, and deep drawing tasks, delivering consistent performance and reliability for demanding industries.  

Built from S355JR steel, each press is stabilized and precision-machined after welding to ensure perfect parallelism and structural integrity. Designed using advanced finite element analysis (FEA), these presses meet the highest standards of quality and durability.

  • High-Strength Components: The connecting rod is forged from high-strength steel and fitted with alloyed bushings for enhanced durability.
  • Automatic Lubrication: A centralized, programmable lubrication system ensures smooth operation and minimizes maintenance.
  • Efficient Transmission: A reducer gearbox with ground gears provides high tonnage performance at relatively low speeds.
  • Welded and Stabilized Ram: The ram features 4 ground prismatic guides and a built-in lubrication recovery system. Motorized screw adjustment is available on models from 160 to 315 tons.
  • Wide Capacity Range: Available in models ranging from 40 to 315 tons to suit various industrial needs.

Flexible Optional Accessories

  • Equipped with an overload protection unit to safeguard machine components and tools.
  • A safety valve automatically releases oil from the chamber if the load exceeds the set threshold, ensuring machine integrity and operator safety.

Clutch and Brake System

  • Features an electro-pneumatic clutch-brake system with a double-body safety solenoid valve for precise and safe operation.
  • Includes a pneumatic compensation tank, regulator-lubricator filter, control pressure switch, and safety valve for consistent performance.

Electrical Installation and Safety

    • Includes a control panel with selectable modes: manual, semi-automatic, and automatic.
    • Integrated PLC-based redundancy ensures both electrical and pneumatic operations are fail-safe.
    • Operated via a two-hand push button or low-voltage electric pedal for enhanced safety.
    • Safety features include side guards and category IV photoelectric barriers to protect the working area.
