Frame Structure and Tables

The CF/VR Series C-Frame Presses are constructed with a robust electro-welded frame made entirely of S355JR steel, designed for durability and precision. After welding, the structure is carefully stabilized and machined to ensure perfect parallelism and accuracy. Both the upper and lower tables are crafted from CK45E steel and include DIN-650 grooves, enabling secure and precise mounting of tools and dies. To maintain flawless alignment during operation, the upper table is guided by four cylindrical lateral guides, each with a 50 mm diameter and equipped with anti-friction bimetallic caps, ensuring long-lasting performance and reliability.

Advanced Electrical and Safety Systems

The CF/VR series presses are equipped with a Siemens SIMATIC S7 1200 PLC and a 7-inch MPT-700 touchscreen, allowing for precise programming of power, cylinder stroke, and speeds, with storage capacity for up to 300 programmable settings. Safety is a priority, with dual-layered systems featuring redundant electrical and hydraulic controls. Type 4 PLe safety light curtains protect the front work area, while side protections with durable polycarbonate windows ensure additional operator safety. Internal LED lighting enhances visibility within the work area. Operation is managed via a low-voltage electric pedal, providing ease of use and further safeguarding the operator. Each machine is verified for operational safety and complies with all CE health and safety standards. An instruction manual is included to guide operation and maintenance.

Cylinder and Hydraulic Unit

The CF/VR Series is equipped with a single-acting main cylinder featuring a chrome plunger and maintenance-free anti-wear guides, ensuring durability and smooth operation. For fast approach and return speeds, the press includes two double-acting lateral cylinders with chrome plungers and non-wear guides. A motorized hydraulic unit with a pre-filing valve and fixed flow rate pump ensures constant working speed. Additional features include a directional valve, pressure relief valve, decompressing valve, and an air-oil cooling system, enhancing performance and reliability. Safety is reinforced with two independent hydraulic safety blocks, providing secure and efficient operation.
